Bulbunu.co is a reverse e-commerce platform app that provides a marketplace especially for the buyers where they can list their desired products and in return, our sellers, a.k.a. “bounty hunters”, hunt down these products and sell them through the app.
Who is the “Bounty Hunter”? What is their job?
Anybody that uses our app, can be a Bounty Hunter. As bounty hunters, our users hunt down the listed products and sell them through the app. Thus they earn money by simply selling stuff on bulbunu.co.
Can anybody make sales through the app?
Yes, any user can sell the listed products if they want to.
What is the “Deadline” tool? How does it work?
Our “deadline" tool is a unique feature that gives the buyer the power to list their product during a specific date range. In other words, by giving a deadline to your posting, you declare your willingness to buy the listed product “no later than this deadline”. For example, you can use this tool for event tickets, for your friend’s birthday gift or for any other situation that is subject to a special occasion linked to a certain timeline.
How do I make the payment?
Bulbunu.co app cooperates with the IYZICO secure payment system. You can make your online payment with your credit card or your ATM card.
How can I be sure of the seller’s integrity after I complete the payment?
By using IYZICO’s secure payment system, we eliminate all possible risks and insecurities. In this system, our buyers come to terms with the seller they choose and they complete the secure payment. The paid amount passes to Bulbunu’s safe account where we hold the sum till the seller ships the product and the buyer approves its authenticity. Under no circumstances, bulbunu DO NOT pass the amount paid to the seller’s bank account before the delivery of the product. If the seller doesn’t fulfill the delivery, we refund the amount paid back to the buyer’s account.
As Bulbunu.co, how do you ensure the process security?
Bulbunu.co uses the secure payment system of IYZICO. Thus every payment you make is under our guarantee.
In every transaction, bulbunu makes it obligatory for the seller to provide the shipment info. After the delivery of the listed product, the buyer has to approve it in order to close the deal. When we receive approval through the app, we pass the amount paid to the seller’s account. In case of a defective good, the buyer can always call off his/her order by filling our rejection form. Every buyer has three days to approve the aforementioned product. If a buyer neither approve nor reject a delivery, we acknowledge this as a “declaration of acceptance of the delivered good” and approve the product instead of the buyer. Then we pass the amount paid to the seller’s account. Therefore the buyer MUST ALWAYS keep the track of the process.
What is the +1 button tool? How does it work?
We created this button for anyone that would say “ Oh! I would buy this too!” for another user’s listing. When a user gives +1 to a posting, that means that the user who gave the +1 wants to buy this product too. That being said, any listing that has +1 from several users can attract more than 1 seller at a time. Any seller can make an offer to the aforementioned possible buyers OR a wholesaler can provide the product to ALL OF THE INTERESTED BUYERS by submitting a proposal.
Why should I use your platform as a seller? What is my gain from this app?
Bulbunu.co enables its users to have access to their desired products by encouraging its Bounty Hunters to hunt down the listed products. Every Bounty Hunter earns money through the app by selling the desired products online.
Moreover, suppliers can produce their products over demands. In other words, bulbunu levels the supply and demand equilibrium and aims to destock the supplier's unsold products.
What if I don’t like the delivered product?
In case of a defective good, every buyer has to fill a "rejection form". That’s obligatory. After the submission, examination process starts and we put into operation our return policy.
Do I ever have to pay an extra amount after I placed my order?
No. Under no circumstances, no one can demand additional payment from you after you place your order.
Do I have to accept every offer made by the sellers?
No. As a buyer, you are free to choose whomever you like as your supplier. But if your listing has +1’s, you MUST accept or decline the offer within the first 6 hours of it OR you lose your advantage over other possible buyers. In other words, in case of not responding to the proposal within the first 6 hours, we inform all of the other interested buyers about it.
In which currency will I pay for the products I have ordered from abroad?
Every single payment made with a credit card or ATM card is subject to the forex rate of the day during which the payment is completed.
How do you guarantee the authenticity of luxury products?
Concerning all of the orders above 1000 ₺, the seller ships the product to bulbunu and we check its authenticity free of charge. If it’s an original piece, we send it to the buyer.
Concerning all of the orders under 1000 ₺, the buyer can request the same service but in this circumstance, we charge the buyer for 30 ₺ as an extra.

Why do I have to pay before the delivery of the product?
Bulbunu eliminates all possible risks and insecurities by using IYZICO’s secure payment system. A bounty hunter hunts down a product ONLY AFTER the payment is complete. An order IS NOT SEALED if the payment is not completed.
When do I get paid for the product I sold?
A Bounty Hunter earns money ONLY AFTER the delivery of the product and the approval of the buyer. Buyer MUST approve the product in question within the 3 days of delivery. If a buyer neither approve nor reject delivery within these days, we acknowledge this as a “declaration of acceptance of the delivered good” and approve the product instead of the buyer. After the approval, we transfer the amount as soon as possible to the seller’s account.
How much product can I list in one posting?
We suggest that you list only one kind of product in each posting, except:
VALID ONLY FOR ABROAD ORDERS, products from the same city/country
Different sizes and colors of the same product.
In other cases, the reason that we encourage you to place a single listing for each product is that a single bounty hunter may not supply all of your orders.
I accepted one of the offers made through bulbunu app. What do I do now?
When a user lists a product, we notify our Bounty Hunters interested in this category. In some cases, more than one Bounty Hunter can make an offer to the same listing. Buyers should carefully review the offers, choose the most eligible one for themselves and complete the secure payment. An order IS NOT SEALED if the payment is not completed.
How can I list a product?
After you create your account, you can start to list a product by pressing the camera icon on the bottom of the screen. To complete the listing, you need to add photos of the desired product. Then you need to put a headline, set a price and indicate the number of the desired product. If you want you can always write a more detailed note about the product and can also set a deadline for the listing. To post your listing in the app, you should check the relevant category boxes before hit the share button.
Can I edit my listing after I post it?
You can edit your listing anytime you want.
Can I only list products from abroad?
No. You can also list products within Turkey.
Do you take a commission?
Yes, Bulbunu cuts a 10% trust commission from each transaction.
Who pays your commission?
The trust commission is calculated over the amount determined between the buyer and the Bounty Hunter.
Can a Bounty Hunter back out of the deal?
The order is placed ONLY AFTER the buyer makes the payment. If the Bounty Hunter backs out of the deal, the sum paid by the buyer will be transferred to the buyer’s account.
My order came without any package/with a damaged package. What should I do?
If the requested product IS NOT a defective good, the buyer is responsible for the product. Buyers SHOULD take into account the risks and we suggest that you talk to the Bounty Hunter beforehand.
What is the procurement time of the products?
The delivery time depends on the product you are looking for. If you ordered a product from the niche and collection product category, the delivery may take longer than usual. In the same way, the order period may be extended if the required product takes time to produce.

Who pays for the shipping?
Bounty Hunters pay for the shipping.
How long does it take to deliver the product?
The delivery time depends on the product you are looking for. If you ordered a product from the niche and collection product category, the delivery may take longer than usual.
I gave +1 to users listing and it got an offer. What does it mean?
The first time a Bounty Hunter makes an offer to a listing, the original poster of this listing MUST accept or decline the offer within the first 6 hours of it OR he/she loses his/her advantage over other possible buyers. In other words, in case of not responding to the proposal within the first 6 hours, we inform all of the other interested buyers about it. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE INTERESTED BUYERS, whoever acts quickly to accept the offer buys the product.
How long will my listing be online in the app?
Every listing stays in the app till a Bounty Hunter hunts it down and sells it OR the buyer him/herself deletes it. Under no circumstances, we DO NOT cross out your listings except for judicial responsibilities.
A buyer requested a product more than once in a single listing. But I don’t have enough product in my stock. Can I still make the sale?
Bounty Hunters always inform the buyer about his/her stock beforehand. More than one Bounty Hunter can make an offer to a listing, if the demand is not met by just one Bounty Hunter.
I set a deadline for my listing. Does this deadline include the shipping time?
The deadline set by the buyer DOES NOT mean “the very last day to ship the product” for the seller. When a user sets a deadline, it means that the buyer “wants to have it at the very last this date after shipping”. So every seller SHOULD take into account the due date of the product before make an offer to the buyer.
